If you are not satisfied with the classes the first thing to do is talk to your teacher. Our teachers are willing to receive feedback on their classes. Every student in the group is allowed to provide feedback and our teachers will take all personal needs into consideration.
If you cannot seem to work it out with your teacher, you can always contact the service desk. We can be reached through info@babel.nl or 030 277 0008.
Of course you are always free to stop by the desk in person! Together we will try to find a suitable solution.
